Periculum Acquires Covered Bridge Associates
Covered Bridge Associates and Management Technology Services, Inc. (parent of Periculum Services Group) are proud to announce the sale of Covered Bridge's insurance tracking service to Management Technology Services, Inc. MTS's Periculum Services Group division has been processing insurance tracking transactions for Covered Bridge clients for the past two years so the sale will create no noticeable change in services to Covered Bridge clients. Covered Bridge initially contracted with Periculum in 2002 to convert to a web-based insurance tracking service, and to service the tracking transactions for their clients.
Covered Bridge Associates president Thomas Spencer issued the following statement on behalf of himself and Covered Bridge co-founder Dave Lake: "Although it has been a great pleasure for Dave Lake and me to watch Covered Bridge develop over the years, the time has come for us to step aside for a new generation. Having worked with the folks at Management Technology Services for the past two years, we have every confidence that Covered Bridge clients will continue to be delighted with the services of Covered Bridge."
