Periculum Appoints New Vice President

The Board of Directors of Management Technology Services, Inc. elected Kerry L. Hilligus to the position of Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at its June 8, 2006 meeting. The board action was taken in recognition of Kerry’s delivered results and demonstrated leadership for the company. Kerry joined Periculum in April, 2004 and has been an effective force behind the company’s continuing growth. In this new position, Kerry will oversee the firm’s overall sales and marketing strategy, and will continue to take an active role in the client acquisition and implementation processes of the firm.
